McCartan Law is a lifesaver. Chris McCartan is by far the best Attorney I've ever had. I was facing 30 months in prison for violating my probation with a DWI. Chris didn't give me any false hope, he told me what he could do and he did what he said. The outcome was a blessing,  2 days in jail and no more probation. I had called around to multiple lawyers but Chris MaCartan stood out. He really dived into my case over the phone and before our first meeting in person he had already done all his home work (i was really impressed). He did not lead me on into a false hope of what my outcome would be, he gave it to me straight which is what i wanted, i hate when people sugar coat it. Chris made me feel as if i was his son/brother with how hard he worked and thought about my case. Google does not show this but he has been doing this for 20+ years. I highly recommend Chris and not because he ended up winning the case for me but because he will give you all his attention and work his best for you as if he was saving his own family member from the law. ABSOLUTE BEAST. Realistic, reliant, professional and affordable. I hired mr Mcartan for a 6 month payment plan on an unbelievable deal for 2 DUIs and I had know idea how much of a steal I was getting. Mid way through the contract I fell behind on payments and Mr McCartan allowed me to make more affordable payments despite our breach of contract. Every court appearance until trial was brief, McCartan was honest along the whole process, and when it came to trial McCartans performance was professional fierce and just perfectly executed in terms of the defense I wanted. McCartans defense got my dui and wreckless driving dismissed and my only penalties were fines. I’m more than grateful to Mr McCartan and the whole McCartan Law Firm. Chris represented my son on a DUI case. I was at every hearing and meeting. Chris has a special reassuring quality. And he backs it up. He does his homework and knows his stuff to the T. I wouldn't have anyone else ever represent family and friends.

This guy is an animal!! I had gotten two DUI’s about 7 months apart in 2022, and I found Mr. Chris McCartan online. We met, went over the details and started this journey. I got in my feelings a few times, felt he wasn’t listening to what I had to say…Well, that’s because I’m not the lawyer and I don’t know jack about the process. I was very nervous and felt screwed. Watching what he did in my trials “that’s right, not pleading me out” was like watching an artist. He got BOTH of my DUI’s dropped!!! He takes what information is presented against you, and finds what’s not there. I was very skeptical until I saw him work, trust the process with him. Attorney McCartan was a magician among magicians.  He used skill and experience to persuade the lady bringing charges to drop all charges she filed against me. How?  I don't know and I don't care.  The outcome of a full dismissal was achieved and that's all that matters to me. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!!
